1. Scope of Work
The Contractor agrees to perform the following HVAC services:
2. Payment
The total price for services is $ ___________. Payment terms: Due on completion. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
3. Warranty
The Contractor warrants all workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment apply separately.
4. General Terms
The Customer shall provide safe and reasonable access to the service location. The Contractor shall perform all work in a workmanlike manner in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to cure such breach within 5 business days.
