Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TradesOS. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are a contract between you ("User", "you") and TradesOS, Inc. ("TradesOS", "we", "us"). "Service" means the TradesOS web application, APIs, and related services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using TradesOS on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each shop should have one primary owner account. You may invite team members, but account sharing is not permitted.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
TradesOS provides field service management tools including job scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, customer management, and online booking pages. We make the Service available on an "as-is" basis and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems; (c) scrape, copy, or resell the Service without written permission; (d) send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service; (e) impersonate another person or shop.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into TradesOS (customer records, job notes, invoices, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your business data for advertising or AI training.
TradesOS offers a free tier with limited functionality. We reserve the right to change the features included in the free tier with 30 days' notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
If you use TradesOS to collect payments from your customers, you are using Stripe's payment infrastructure directly. You agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. TradesOS is not a party to transactions between you and your customers. We are not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, or Stripe account issues.
If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to retry for 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. Your data will not be deleted — you can resubscribe at any time to restore full access.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
TradesOS integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Supabase (database), and Google (OAuth login). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
TradesOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TradesOS, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
We welcome feedback. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us freely without obligation to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Important — please read
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TradesOS is a business management tool. It does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Decisions about your business operations, pricing, contracts, and customer relationships are yours alone.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradesOS, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradesOS, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
We may revise these Terms at any time. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may delete your account before the effective date.
